If you are new to floating We recommend a 60 minute float session. 60 minutes is the standard time to float at a float center because it allows enough time to get into a meditation without it becoming over whelming or feeling like the time is dragging on.It can take a while to relax and get comfortable in the tank. So this allows for about 20 minutes to get relaxed and then 40 minutes of meditation.
