21.01.2022 OK I admit it. I am a workaholic! Part of me wishes I wasnt, but to be honest Ive come to accept it: It makes up the fabric of who I am. Ive tried to find a hobby and read a lot about mindfulness, but nothing has enticed me enough to change lanes. Yet! I dont mind working long hours, weekends and into the night. In fact my best work often comes to me at 3am! I work for the love of work but more importantly because I love my team. Theyre young - with young families and b...abies, engaged or newly married, buying houses and cars, and generally excited about their life and whats in store. Its lovely to watch. My team has an innate understanding of online channels, the complexities of platforms - theyre not afraid to take a chance, try new things, learn, and just generally stay on the crazy train of digital to see where it will take us next. Theyre incredibly passionate and hard working, they understand my vision and they never fail to deliver or impress me. Then I began to ponder leadership and I started to wonder - what makes a good leader ....

06.01.2022 On any given night 1 in 200 people in Australia are homeless! Ending and preventing homelessness is not as simple as getting people jobs or building houses. Our office is less than 400m from the Hutt St Centre so it's a cause we felt compelled to support. We set a simple $600 goal and we #smashedit raising $5009.00 so a big shout out to all of you who jumped in and donated. We started our fundraising campaign and social posting on Tuesday afternoon and in four days our commun...ity did its job and we've helped an even more important silent community - the people with no home.
