19.01.2022 This is how we roll on Tuesdays at Feet 4 Life Stacey and Steven have performed some nail surgery on a pair of sore feet with ingrown toenails. If you suffer from painful toenails, this could be a solution for you. This procedure is a permanent way to change the shape of your toenail, to prevent the sides from digging in and causing pain. There are other options too, like regular podiatry care, good footwear and expert advice on how to cut your toenails. If you would like some help then make an appointment to see Stacey or Steven and they can give you the right treatment plan for you. #ingrowntoenail #tuesdayfunday #painfreetoenails

19.01.2022 Did you know our podiatrists can perform minor surgical procedures? Under local anaesthetic we can remove warts, benign lesions and ingrown toenails. Here are some action pics of our podiatrists Stacey and Steven. If you have a painful wart that has not responded to conservative treatment or a toenail that is constantly painful and cant be managed with good nail cutting technique and well fitted shoes. Then maybe these surgical options could be for you? Or maybe you dont know what treatment options there are? It is important to get good advice and have all the treatment options explained. This is what we can offer you at Feet 4 Life. A tailored plan to suit you and your lifestyle. Make an appointment online or phone 9596 8418. @ Brighton, Victoria, Australia

17.01.2022 What a day of awesome learning at the Australian Podiatry Association Conference which our podiatrists Eleisha, Steven and Kathryn attended. Top 3 things they learnt today 1) Orthotics can help reduce knee pain with Patella femoral (kneecap) arthritis. 2) Cortisone injections are great for reducing neuroma (forefoot nerve) pain. Our own Steven Edwards presented his thesis study results about this. Can you spot him in the pictures? 3) Skin assessments are so important. Funga...l skin and nail problems affect most of us at some stage of our lives. We see this all the time and can help diagnose and treat it. If any of these problems are close to home for you then we can help. Book online or phone 03 9596 8418 . . #podiatry #apoda2018 #pullmanhotel #happyfeet See more

11.01.2022 Our Podiatrist Eleisha Lilley in an interview with Chanel 9 News. Eleisha has been Consulting with the team @idasports about the lack of football boots that are made for women. Eleisha (a keen footballer herself) is seeing a rise in lower limb and foot injuries in women footballers. Eleisha is concerned that the football boots they are wearing, dont fit them properly or offer enough midsole which could help reduce these injuries. Ida sports are trying to change this and have come up with a boot designed for women. They are trying to raise funds for the first prototype. Jump on board the change in AFLW and support this local group Ida Sports and their quest to provide football boots for women
