07.01.2022 Congratulations to these two legends. Smashing their goals in 2021. What amazing results in 3 short months. Client 1 absolutely smashing it and looking amazing... over 100 cms lost across her body measurement and almost 9 kg down Client 2 lost almost 20kg in the second lockdown in 2020. Still chasing some more weight loss. She has been working super hard in the studio working on strength and muscle composition. Omg how her body shape has changed Her stats for the past 3 months just show that you should not always obsess over the number on the scales. I could not be more proud of you both.
