25.01.2022 Time to plan ahead and book for Christmas School Holidays. They will be here before we know it. We have spaces available for both cats and dogs but they will not last long. Bookings are coming in now :) Don't be forced to cancel your holiday because you have nowhere to safely leave your much loved pets - book early - just call 0409 020 411 to arrange an inspection and/or make your booking

21.01.2022 Inspections are done STRICTLY by appointment ONLY. We have nothing to hide, we just appreciate being able to work around visitors. We prefer inspections of both the Kennels & Cattery to be made in the morning between 10 -11 am week days as this enables us to give you our undivided attention as all cleaning, exercising, and morning feeding is completed. Of course, inspections can be arranged at other times to suit our prospective clients but please remember that our main p...riority is ALWAYS to the guests already in residence. 14.01.2022 Please call on 9490 5333 or 0409 020 411 (we do have an answering machine) if wanting to make an inquiry or booking. Messenger is not sending messages to us in a timely fashion. If you have sent a message, we are not ignoring you, we probably haven't got it :( Yes we do have an automatic response set up but that does not mean we have received the message :(

12.01.2022 To all of our valued clients We would very much appreciate it if you could aim to be here at least 10 - 15 mins BEFORE our posted closing times instead of AT closing. This allows us to settle your pet in and answer any questions you have without rushing. We do realise that things happen to cause delayed arrival (traffic etc). If possible, please give us call if you are running late so that we keep the gates open for you as at closing times our gates are closed.... Even though we live here, it does not mean we are always going to be here outside of opening hours as we do schedule appointments or other activities (including exercising dogs, cleaning kennels, buying supplies) when we are closed and sometimes we need to leave as soon as we are closed so that we do not then make other businesses etc run behind Thank You in advance for your future co-operation and we look forward to seeing you!
