We wish them both an amazing journey and getting their clutches onto the loot but more so in dazzling audiences all around the world. #DragRaceDownUnder premieres later this year on Stan.

18.01.2022 Due to the COVID19 Coronavirus outbreak now taking a grip on Melbourne, we've made the tough decision at The 86, to temporarily close the doors for the immediate future. This is because our whole business practice at the venue is to go about bringing big groups of people together often strangers to have a randomly fun night. But that is a total contradiction of the advice issued by the World Health Organisation who is recommending in the strongest way that we should be dram...atically more stringent in our 'Social Distancing' practice where we try at every moment to stay home, stay away from others and be in our own company more often than usual with few people around you. This is to protect you and others from you as your symptoms may not be evident at all. We will miss our next few Friday night Fellas in Frocks, but it is only momentarily as the risk and the fact that by us simply coming together could lead to a loved one's passing is just too much to live with. So we ask that you join us and shut up shop, pack up the desk, pull down the roller shutter and have a wee sit down and help to ensure we have reasons to sing and dance and be silly in the very near weeks. Tequila has been on hand over the past few years helping fill in for cast and hosted a number of hours at last year's Drag A Thon event. Her parody, cabaret and ability to pick up a quick box step has earned her an on-going role in our weekly drag show.
