25.01.2022 Jesus the Beloved, the Redeemer, the King

24.01.2022 SLOW DOWN in 2021...

24.01.2022 Come join us this coming Sunday, 17/1, at 10am or 5pm. We are having a guest speaker, Stephen McKay, share the word from Leviticus 9. This is a powerful passage about God meeting with His people. Led by the Spirit, you will enjoy Stephen's insights and understanding. Come prepared by reading the passage. Leviticus 9...Continue reading

24.01.2022 An everlasting love has no beginning or end. God is good.

24.01.2022 In Christ Alone! He is not our once-a-year focus, or even just our once-a-week Sunday focus, CHRIST IS OUR ALL!

24.01.2022 How is your ‘slowing down’ going so far? This quote from Charles Spurgeon reminds us that we don’t just read God’s Word as an obligatory thing each day. We LIVE in it and LIVE out of it. Studying God’s Word is like looking into the stars at night... the more you look, the more you see. For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account. Hebrews 4:12-13

24.01.2022 WHAT IS OUR TRUE PURPOSE as CHRIST-FOLLOWERS? "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." Love God... Love People Make Disciples See more

23.01.2022 Our best-laid plans can change in an instant. Our best-laid plans are often not the Lord’s best-laid plans. Learning to look to Him, and rest our future in Him brings much peace, comfort and joy. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. "For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return ther...e but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it. "For you shall go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills before you shall break forth into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. 23.01.2022 Last Sunday's slides (20/12) Jesus is... the Beloved the Redeemer the King!

23.01.2022 Work hard to honour God...

23.01.2022 Time to STAND UP. Daniel 3:1-30

22.01.2022 Be alert and vigilant for the Devil is like a roaring lion, seeking who he may devour. In God’s strength, be aware of your own weaknesses, and prepare yourself for battle.

22.01.2022 As a Saint in Christ, you are blessed with spiritual blessings. You are: - Chosen - Adopted to the Father - Redeemed by Christ Jesus - Forgiven of all sin with a clean slate... - Sealed and secured by the Holy Spirit - With a guaranteed inheritance of heavenly proportions. (Ephesians 1:3-14) We need never shout across the spaces to an absent God. He is nearer than our own soul, closer than our most secret thoughts A.W. Tozer "The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth." Psalm 145:18.

22.01.2022 Hello Everyone!! Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow. We will be exploring Psalm 148 - "Everything and Everyone Praise the Lord." Prepare by reading Psalm 148. God bless. NOTE: We will continue to apply common sense at church gatherings. Our church accommodates the recommended 1 person per 4m2. We will continue to apply sanitizer to each person, log each person’s attendance, and ensure contact points such as railings, door knobs etc are sanitized. Someone will be at the door, as usual, to check people in. Anyone with symptoms should stay at home.

21.01.2022 Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever! Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he has redeemed from trouble and gathered in from the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south. Some wandered in desert wastes, finding no way to a city to dwell in; hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted within them. Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. He led them by a straight way till they reached a city to dwell in. Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love, for his wondrous works to the children of man! For he satisfies the longing soul, and the hungry soul he fills with good things. Psalm 107:1-9

21.01.2022 Come join us Sunday 20/12 at 10am or 5pm. Redemption through Christ brings forgiveness and also wisdom and insight. Jesus is the Beloved, the Redeemer and the King! But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory. 1 Corinthians 2:7

21.01.2022 This can be an amazing part of the year for spending valuable time with family. What can you do to build your 'little' church? "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. Take to heart these words that I give you today. Repeat them to your children. Talk about them when you’re at home or away, when you lie down or get up. Write them down, and tie them around your wrist, and wear them as headbands as a reminder. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates." Deuteronomy 6:5-9

21.01.2022 Make regular time to learn about the Lord, and to learn from the Lord ...and remove those enemies!

20.01.2022 We have started in Ephesians. What an amazing part of God’s Word and Truth for us! We’re on at 5pm this afternoon. Come join us!

20.01.2022 Looking forward to seeing you all at church on Sunday - 10am | 5pm. Reading for Friday 27/11. Specifically, note v9-13, 20. It is interesting to see how God providently enables his eternal, effectual call through his redeemed agents who preach the good news and everyone who calls on the Lord will be saved. I just love this dynamic Enjoy God’s Word todayHe bestows His riches on all who call on Him... - Romans 10:9-21 - 9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. 11 For the Scripture says, Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame. 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. 13 For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. 14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? 15 And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news! 16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us? 17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. 18 But I ask, have they not heard? Indeed they have, for Their voice has gone out to all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world. 19 But I ask, did Israel not understand? First Moses says, I will make you jealous of those who are not a nation; with a foolish nation I will make you angry. 20 Then Isaiah is so bold as to say, I have been found by those who did not seek me; I have shown myself to those who did not ask for me. 21 But of Israel he says, All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and contrary people.

20.01.2022 Love is an action word. Reach out to others in love. Do that today.

19.01.2022 As human beings, we can allow our feelings to toss us back and forth. This is sadly, a result of a busted and broken world. Seek God everyday. The Lord is our anchor and our rock. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.... Proverbs 3:5-8 See more

19.01.2022 I will never leave you or forsake you

19.01.2022 A bunch of us will be down at Liverpool Station from 6.30 tonight. Come say hello! For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. Romans 1:16

18.01.2022 Knowing that the Father, before the foundations of the world, has decreed all things, means you can live in hope, comfort and peace. How precious is His love for you! He will never drive you away and will protect and strengthen you.

18.01.2022 Many a baby has become a king, but never has a King become a baby. But still they presented the Babe gifts of reverence and respect.

18.01.2022 Love your children like God the Father loves you... Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. Ephesians 6:4

18.01.2022 The ‘Wash’ Man reminds us of the immeasurable and incomprehensible nature of God. Come hear tonight’s message on ‘Jesus the Beloved, Jesus the Redeemer and Jesus the King.’ How high and wide and deep is the God we worship!!?!?!?

18.01.2022 Deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow Christ...

18.01.2022 There will be times - even at this festive season - when life can break us down. Remember that our good Lord is a God that loves with a perfect love, and works all things to good. Consider the trials you have already endured and how they have made your faith and reliance on God even stronger. Paul explains one aspect of this: For we do not want you to be unaware, brothers, of the affliction we experienced in Asia. For we were so utterly burdened beyond our strength that we despaired of life itself. Indeed, we felt that we had received the sentence of death. But that was to make us rely not on ourselves but on God who raises the dead. (2 Corinthians 1:89)

18.01.2022 Stand Up!! See you today at 5pm...

17.01.2022 SPEND TIME WITH THE LORD ALONE. WAIT FOR HIM. There are times when solitude is better than society, and silence is wiser than speech. We should be better Christians if we were more alone, waiting upon God, and gathering through meditation on His Word spiritual strength for labour in his service. We ought to muse upon the things of God, because we thus get the real nutriment out of them. . . . Why is it that some Christians, although they hear many sermons, make but slow adv...ances in the divine life? Because they neglect their closets, and do not thoughtfully meditate on God's Word. They love the wheat, but they do not grind it; they would have the corn, but they will not go forth into the fields to gather it; the fruit hangs upon the tree, but they will not pluck it; the water flows at their feet, but they will not stoop to drink it. From such folly deliver us, O Lord. . . . Charles Spurgeon See more

17.01.2022 What can we fear? NOTHING!

17.01.2022 What is the result of God choosing us before the foundation of the world? To be holy and blameless. Our saving understanding of our Redeemer goes from a head knowledge, to the wonder of the heart, to the using of the hands for loving and helping others as we glorify God...it always ends up in a practical applications. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith. Galatians 6:10

17.01.2022 Prove all by the Word of God. Have you slowed down enough over the Christmas period to spend time in God’s Word? It is your light and your sword. It will penetrate your soul. You will learn more about God and His character. His Word will not return empty. It will change you. Again, have you slowed down?

17.01.2022 Stephen McKay - God’s Glorious Presence

17.01.2022 Jesus said, deny yourself, take up your cross and follow me.

16.01.2022 Be kind and loving - just as God is to us!

15.01.2022 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like. But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing. James 1:22-25

15.01.2022 Greet the Lord as you wake up...

15.01.2022 Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations, Deuteronomy 7:9

14.01.2022 All our hope and strength lies in the ONE who created us, saved us and sustains us...

14.01.2022 Seek God with all that you have! Do not try and squeeze him in to your life. Do not say, I’ll get serious about God when I’m older. Do not hedge your bets, and compare him to others. Do not rely on your denomination. ... Do not rely on your spouse to be the one that seeks God. Do not wait any longer. Every single one of us will die and be called to account. Do not wait until it is too late. You will only find peace and comfort when you seek God with all your heart. A heart that is full of genuine conviction and repentance. Seek him today. See more

14.01.2022 Friend, do you know Christ? Today is the day of salvation. Cry out for forgiveness, and place your faith in Him alone. He is willing to save. if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

14.01.2022 Who else do we have but God? He has chosen us, He sustains us, and He has seated us in the heavenly places. Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation." Isaiah 12:2

13.01.2022 In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, so that the tested genuineness of your faithmore precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by firemay be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls. 1 Peter 1:6-9

13.01.2022 so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2:7-9

13.01.2022 Come join us on Sunday at 10am or 5pm... What does 'blessing' mean? How does God bless us? What type of blessings should we expect? Can we rely on the promise of blessing? "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places." Ephesians 1:3

13.01.2022 Come join us - Sunday 27/12/20 - at 10am or 5pm. In a year of craziness and busyness, what does God want us to do? Be busy, or slow down? Why do we get so busy? What is the human problem? What are some ways we can 'slow down' and develop stronger relationships with God and those around us?... Prepare yourself by reading James 4:1-17. See more

13.01.2022 Join us today for our 5pm service at Fellowship Baptist Church. Everything and Everyone Priase the Lord.

13.01.2022 God’s Word is God’s Word! All you need to know about God is contained in it. All you need to know about how to live is contained in it.

13.01.2022 Sunday Night: Ephesians

12.01.2022 For by Grace are you saved and for by Grace are you sustained...

12.01.2022 THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD! Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit. And her husband Joseph, being a just man and unwilling to put her to shame, resolved to divorce her quietly. But as he considered these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, son of David, do not fear to take Mary as your... wife, for that which is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins." All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet: "Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall call his name Immanuel" (which means, God with us). When Joseph woke from sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded him: he took his wife, but knew her not until she had given birth to a son. And he called his name Jesus. Matthew 1:18-25 See more

11.01.2022 Be ready and alert. Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil... day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, Ephesians 6:10-18 See more

11.01.2022 Goodness, kindness, mercy, grace. Only God truly delivers this for us. No one else can. But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. The saying is trustworthy, and I want you to insist on these things, so that those who have believed in God may be careful to devote themselves to good works. These things are excellent and profitable for people. Titus 3:4-8

11.01.2022 We celebrate and worship the Christ! He is our ONLY hope!

11.01.2022 O Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you; I will praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, plans formed of old, faithful and sure. Isaiah 25:1

11.01.2022 He remains faithful, because He is faithful...

10.01.2022 Harsh but true...Christ is the only way! because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

10.01.2022 He is our strength and protection...

10.01.2022 What will happen when your time is up? That question is a solemn reminder of our mortality. Do you know Christ? Or have you put other things ahead of Him? ... And calling the crowd to him with his disciples, Jesus said to them, "If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel's will save it. For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul? For what can a man give in return for his soul? Mark 8:34-37

10.01.2022 Christ Jesus, our Saviour and Lord, removes all fear, uncertainty and doubt...

10.01.2022 Everything and Everyone Praise the Lord!! Please find the slides from our text yesterday, Psalm 148. All of our praise should see Christ, and his name exalted! If you cannot travel, remember that our Lord Jesus Christ is more glorious than all else that you could ever see. Get a view of Christ, and you have seen more than mountains, and cascades, and valleys, and seas can ever show you. Thunders may bring their sublimest uproar, and lightnings their awful glory; earth may ...give its beauty, and stars their brightness; but all these put together can never rival Him. C.H. Spurgeon Ps 148: 13 Let them praise the name of the Lord, for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven. 14 He has raised up a horn for his people, praise for all his saints, for the people of Israel who are near to him. Praise the Lord!

10.01.2022 His grace is sufficient for you.... And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed. 2 Corinthians 9:8

09.01.2022 Seek Christ...for he purged our sins and made us right with the Father...

09.01.2022 How is the festive season going for you? Last Sunday, we explored the biblical notion to SLOW DOWN and spend deliberate time with the Lord. We need to go deep - ever looking into the character and nature of our Lord and Saviour. This Christmas time period will help us do that. We have time to reset, and put things in place to grow our relationship with our Creator and Saviour. Think about it. Christ lowered himself for us - surely His gift to us is a motivator for us to know... Him more? It's time to stop being BUSY. The devil wants us busy. God wants us to SLOW DOWN. Which is the wiser option? Lamentations 3:25 - "The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him." Questions to ask YOURSELF. Do you want a deeper relationship with God that grows? SLOW DOWN. BUSY doesn’t give you that!! Do you want a deeper relationship with others - esp. your loved ones, friends and the like? SLOW DOWN. BUSY doesn’t give you that!! Do you want to be more caring, and serving of others? SLOW DOWN. BUSY doesn’t give you that!! Do you want to be more productive, more God-honouring? SLOW DOWN. BUSY doesn’t give you that!! God bless...

09.01.2022 All your questions can be answered by studying the Word of God. Study it. Meditate on it. Apply it. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.... 2 Timothy 3:16-17 See more

09.01.2022 Who else can truly satisfy you? Where else can you go? Only Christ can satisfy your every need. He is the way, the truth and the life! Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5

09.01.2022 The Gospel is the Good News that Christ came to set men and women free. No one is too far!! This is the testimony of the Apostle, Paul... I thank him who has given me strength, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he judged me faithful, appointing me to his service, though formerly I was a blasphemer, persecutor, and insolent opponent. But I received mercy because I had acted ignorantly in unbelief, and the grace of our Lord overflowed for me with the faith and love that are in C...hrist Jesus. The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the foremost. But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life. To the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen. 1 Timothy 1:12-17 See more

09.01.2022 Happy Sunday everyone! We begin our journey into Ephesians today. If you bought an Ephesians journal, remember to bring it along.... fun question: what does the T on this hat stand for?

08.01.2022 This time of year can be full of highs and lows. Remember that the Good Lord will never leave us nor forsake us. He will complete the work He started. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9

08.01.2022 Live as the New Creation...

08.01.2022 Good morning everyone!! It's Boxing Day, and we are catching up some things. Here are the slides from our time together last Wednesday night. Such a blessing to fellowship, hear great songs praising Christ, and acknowledge that Christ came to set men and women free! And what is our great HOPE? 1. That Christ has secured our salvation and forgiveness. 2. His work on the Cross reconciles us back to God the Father. ... 3. That He continues to hold us and sustain us. 4. That Christ is coming again... Jesus > Creator > Cradle > Cross > Crown > Coming!

07.01.2022 As you grow in your knowledge of the Lord, so too will your wisdom of the big things in life, and also the everyday things in life. Our God is a good and loving God, and longs to see us grow in Him.

07.01.2022 Jesus came as a Babe, but has always been the Son of God and King of all Creation... For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authoritiesall things were created through him and for him. Colossians 1:16

07.01.2022 Seek wisdom from God - for He alone can deliver it

06.01.2022 Come join us tomorrow at 10am | 5pm.... TIME TO STAND UP!

06.01.2022 A growing Christian is one that is ever learning...

06.01.2022 We are a NEW creation. Start 2021 by putting away the old ways, and living as a redeemed child of God. Watch your life become a blessing to you, and also to others. Yet not I, but Christ through me.

06.01.2022 Created unto good works

06.01.2022 While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. We were enemies of Christ. Do what Christ did for us. Love others more than yourself. Love your enemies too. Pray that God may grant them the same Grace, Forgiveness and Peace that He gave you.

05.01.2022 God’s word is God’s word. Pure and simple. Be wise.

05.01.2022 Love God. First and foremost. And everything else will fall into place.

05.01.2022 Come join us this Sunday 10/1. We will be looking at three young God-followers who decided to STAND UP and risk everything. Why did they do that? How did they do that? What gave them that resolve? Were they just young and foolish? ... Was it the strength of their faith? Or is there a bigger play going on? Have you wished, at times, you could be brave and stand up? What can we do to STAND UP and be counted? Text will be Daniel 3:1-30. See more

05.01.2022 From Christ, in Christ, For Christ

05.01.2022 Keep going Gladys, but remember, Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand. Proverbs 19:21 STAY SAFE EVERYONE!

04.01.2022 What happens in Bethlehem, doesn’t stay in Bethlehem! Have you been wondering about Jesus Christ? Who is he? Why did he come? How can I find out more? Message us - we would love to discuss the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT subject with you! Remember, Jesus came to planet earth as fully Man and fully God. The world cannot contain Him. Yet, He came to the world that whoever believes in Him should have eternal life. ... Read these Bible passages: Again, Jesus spoke to them, saying, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." John 8:12 But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere. 2 Corinthians 2:14

04.01.2022 God is with us!

04.01.2022 Come join us this Sunday! We will continue our time in Ephesians and be celebrating Christ the Beloved One, who came to redeem us and now reigns as King. Everyone is welcome!! Prepare by reading Ephesians 1:6-10.... v6 to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. 7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, 8 which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight 9 making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ 10 as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.

04.01.2022 Christ has overcome the world. There is no need to fear.

04.01.2022 What happens in Bethlehem, doesn’t stay in Bethlehem! Christ came to seek and to save the lost. He died and rose again, so that those who place their faith in him, might have forgiveness of sin, and gain eternal life. He now reigns in Heaven, and will return to bring his people to himself, and to judge the world of those who have rejected him. This is all the work of God. It is from his Mercy and Grace that we are saved. Christ Jesus, the Lion of Judah, is the only way, the only truth, and the only life! Seek him today! For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. John 3:16-17

04.01.2022 Hi everyone! In preparation for Sunday’s ‘Lermon’ - please find today’s reading. Thursday 26/11 reading: Romans 9:6-23. NOTE v11, 14-16, 17-18, 19-20, 23 - just focus on the whole passage!! Look for the dynamic between God's proactive activity and consider human responsibility...... v6 But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For not all who are descended from Israel belong to Israel, 7 and not all are children of Abraham because they are his offspring, but Through Isaac shall your offspring be named. 8 This means that it is not the children of the flesh who are the children of God, but the children of the promise are counted as offspring. 9 For this is what the promise said: About this time next year I will return, and Sarah shall have a son. 10 And not only so, but also when Rebekah had conceived children by one man, our forefather Isaac, 11 though they were not yet born and had done nothing either good or badin order that God's purpose of election might continue, not because of works but because of him who calls 12 she was told, The older will serve the younger. 13 As it is written, Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated. 14 What shall we say then? Is there injustice on God's part? By no means! 15 For he says to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion. 16 So then it depends not on human will or exertion, but on God, who has mercy. 17 For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I might show my power in you, and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth. 18 So then he has mercy on whomever he wills, and he hardens whomever he wills. 19 You will say to me then, Why does he still find fault? For who can resist his will? 20 But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, Why have you made me like this? 21 Has the potter no right over the clay, to make out of the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for dishonorable use? 22 What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, 23 in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory.

02.01.2022 Hi everyone! It’s the Lord’s Day! Looking forward to catching up with each other, and with the good Lord and His word. Come visit us at 10am or 5pm. Message title: SLOW DOWN! Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Hebrews 10:23-25

02.01.2022 In his great love and kindness, God has reached down, and made us alive in Christ. He saves, He sanctifies and He seats us in the heavenly places. We may fail Him, but He will never fail us...

02.01.2022 HAPPY SATURDAY! Spend time today reflecting on the ways God has been your refuge and strength. He is our strong tower, an unmoved fortress to protect and grow us. Though the world and the culture are against us, God is for us. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling. There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns. The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; he utters his voice, the earth melts. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Psalm 46:1-7

01.01.2022 Our salvation, sustenance, sanctification and solace are all found in the True Vine, Christ Jesus. We are nothing without him. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. John 15:5

01.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone! How about this for a verse to kick off the new year? For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes...
