17.01.2022 Welcome 2021! I might have not made any resolutions or big goals for this year, but I wanted to keep focus on things I enjoy and can control (at least to some extend). So traditional selfie with kangaroo to mark first day of the year - check! without any big words I am ready to face whatever 2021 throw at me! Lets do it!

17.01.2022 Good day everyone! we have such a glorious sunshine here in Melbourne today and a public holiday, hooray! BCA show is finished and I am happy to share that all my new creations have found a new home and are going to USA, Virginia (no to the same place, but same state), two of these will be going to the same collection, yay! I am so grateful for the collectors that support our work and share the passion and devotion to the soft sculpture art! Thank you <3! For this show I hav...e created 3 babies, they all got a Finnish name as I am a fan of that language and speak it when get a chance :) Now off to the new adventures and horizons! I have put some of my bigger projects on hold at the start of the year. And looks like it was a right thing to do as this year has been nothing but roller coaster for so many of us. I do believe there is always a light at the end of any tunnel, so I choose to be a cliche and live in a moment and just be. New ideas and works are coming, its going to be a very busy and hot summer as a new BCA Masterpiece Show is coming in Feb 2021 and it sounds like the best yet! Can't wait to make something spectacular!! Stay tuned! I will tell you more about fantastic even called BCA Shows that Bca Bec Allnatt from Bears by Becca and Kim from Russell Bears have created 5 years ago and successfully run this Facebook based event. Thank you ladies for keeping us busy and doing a great job giving us opportunities <3 https://www.facebook.com/BCAOnlineShows Have a great day everyone! <3

06.01.2022 With a few days left till Christmas and a New Year I would like to wish all my friends, dear customers and followers a beautiful and safe holidays season! Have fun, be safe and enjoy every moment! thank you for supporting me and my work! I appreciate it with all my heart! Usually we summarise the past year, share the results and conclusions and make the next year resolutions. But if anything this crazy 2020 year has taught us is making plans is irrelevant and prioritisin...g the essentials is the key. This year hasn’t been as productive in creations as I was hoping, but I have leant that resilience and focus shifting are crucial. I haven’t made my biggest projects, the Melbourne Bear Bazaar got cancelled and many other things didn’t go ahead. But we are not giving up and hoping to achieve what we can next year (keeping in mind that life is unpredictable :)). With everything going online this year I believe a value of meeting someone in person has become the most precious one. So I hope we can go ahead with our little show in Melbourne and have an opportunity to get out of the house, close that computer and have the most fun in real life with like minded people who love handmade art toys and sculptures as much I do <3 Instead of making next year resolutions I am just going to enjoy the holidays and my loved ones company. I will be taking a break from social media till January and then come back to you with some new creations and ideas! Hint! it is going to be an Ocean themed world :)
