10.01.2022 One of the biggest changes I made this year was to employ a coach. In fact I hired 4! I spent more on coaching in 2020 then I did in the whole of 2019 I found women who had embodied things that I had not yet and I employed them to gather their wisdom. This year, I made the decision to make myself proud and build trust in myself. I gathered up my energy from places I had let it wonder and I became very intentional about my direction. ... It has now been 12 years since I started my first business and time and time again I have been put on track by people in my life who are steps ahead of me. I have learnt to listen and be guided. I know we are all here to walk each other home, and the coaching industry is growing so quickly because it supports the culture of growth. 03.01.2022 ART IS A DOORWAY to your genius I understand art as something that is created from a place of ‘no mind’ A place where you go to surrender, create and unwind...... a place you go to release any judgement and a place where you can empty yourself. Dance has always been my art.... my body has always felt like my art... and Ive realised that, if my body is my art, it is also my doorway to a life that is the embodiment of art, authenticity and essentially, genius (in the way I speak about genius.) If I practice my art and let it inform the rest of my life, it teaches the other parts how to BE ART. As soon as I started dancing again (this time really truly dancing from my core) my understanding of life shifted. And my dance is weaving itself into every other aspect. LEAD WITH YOUR ART. it will change your life.
