04.01.2022 Welcome to Femflow. A hatha vinyasa, Embodied Flow style class facilitated through the lens of the feminine. A yoga class designed for you to connect into your power, grace and strength in feminine flow. The feminine flow that is fluid, creative, circular, embodied, powerful, ever changing in a cyclical nature. We will embrace all these elements in the practice, allowing you the space to express your unique nature through the container of Asana, breathwork and meditation.
