24.01.2022 SHIPPING UPDATE Hi everyone, A brief update to keep you all in the loop :) Unfortunately Sharni has had to take sudden leave this week and will not be back until next Monday. I have uni throughout the week (I study full-time) but we do have Dave on hand to help out so we'll definitely be getting work done! *Parcel Forwarding*... We have a shipment leaving this week. All orders that have been in the queue the longest are prioritised; so orders from end of June/early July. We'll do our best to get as many done as possible. *Brand Preorders* Cirque Colors - Stock is in Sydney and on route to us; we hope to dispatch these units later this week. Don Deeva - Stock is currently on route to us, we hope for it to arrive within the next 7-10 days. ILNP - Currently in Sydney and on route to us; we hope to dispatch these units either Thursday or Monday week. KBShimmer - Dispatched and on route to our forwarder; should be with us in around 2 weeks. Painted Polish - This one should shortly be shipped from our US friend who forwards us the mail from brands who don't ship directly overseas. We anticipate it to dispatch to us this week, which means we should have it within another 2 weeks. It will be shipping late to customers unfortunately, we will be contacting everyone waiting on units today with an update. Starrily - This one should still dispatch within the given timeframe. It should be dispatching to us this week, and arrive within the next 2-3 weeks. *Our Week* This week we are focusing on eyeshadow orders that are waiting on batches; parcel forwarding orders from end of June and early July; and quick ship orders (orders that have stock on-hand that does not need to be made). We're also producing our next release (September), in addition to some wholesale. Our distributors are waiting on the re-release shades; and we are hoping to get all of these out early next week. --------------------- If you have any questions about an order waiting to ship please do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected] and I can update you on the progress.
