23.01.2022 O-week is once again upon us and the UNSW Fencing Club will be running a stall to welcome new and old members! Whether you want to sign up for membership, find out more about what we have planned for 2020 or just have a chat about fencing, come visit us opposite the Chemical Sciences building! We have something fun planned with respect to the latter if the weather holds up, so stay tuned ;) There'll be ID card sticker, flyers, and fun, fanatical fencing friends around, so come on down! Happy O-Week, stay tuned and we hope to see you all there!

Make sure you sign up or renew your membership (link at the bottom), to have an awesome year of fencing fun! Session times, calendar and prices are also below! ;: + Introductory sessions on Tuesday arvo in weeks 1 and 5! + We'll have 2 8-weeks long beginner courses.... + Open bouting on Monday; Friday Fight Night returns! + Organising private lesson with @ [100007978813900:2048:Sami Beaumont] + -! ' Here's an overview of what the new year holds for UNSW Fencing, before we dive into O-Week. No matter what level of interest or experience you have in fencing, we've got something for you! If you're interested in fencing, a little nervous about the sport, or just have a few questions, you can come along to our 1-hour introductory session at the beginning of the term! Come to Sam Cracknell Pavilion, 3pm Tuesday Week 1: membership isn't necessary! Space will be limited, so sign up below! If you're a really keen to learn, we'll be running two 8-week beginner courses in T1 - one starting in week 2, and the other starting in week 6. No experience is necessary at all! No equipment is necessary either, though we recommend bringing a friend to hit with a sword. Come to Sam Cracknell Pavilion on Tuesday 3pm: we'll have a chat about membership and getting you started. If you're a more advanced fencer, and want more specialised coaching, you can organise private lessons with our own world-class coach Sami Beaumont! His teaching ranges from high-school students all the way to representative level fencers. This is an opportunity you will not want to miss, especially for competitions. Contact us to organise a time that suits you. And finally, we've got a little surprise game at O-Week for you guys, so make sure to bring yourself and all your friends down to our stall.
