25.01.2022 Fencing with Emily had a great day at Federation Square, Melbourne today representing this wonderful sport, The Australian Fencing Federation and the City of Greater Shepparton as a part of their Shepp Square program. The students today showed a lot of talent and I hope in the future this introduces some people to a sport they engage in!

13.01.2022 Some more images from the High Performance Program (HPP) Winter Camp at the AIS in Canberra this weekend. The HPP camps bring Australian fencers together in a ...world-class facility, to work with national and visiting international coaches and develop team skills in a non-competitive environment. The camps play a critical role in the sports development locally and in Australian teams achieving international success. As one enthusiastic participant said "At the camps I get to fence all day then hang out with my friends in the evening. And the food is laid on. I love them."

05.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE -- VENUE CHANGE DUE TO HEAT: due to the predicted extreme heat on Sunday the Get Mooving Greater Shepparton team have relocated us Fencing Fun Day to the Shepparton Sports Stadium (120 Numurkah Road, Shepparton, Victoria).

03.01.2022 Under the beautiful trees in Queens Gardens in Shepparton I ran the 5th Fencing in the Park session. It was 36c and still over 20 people came to learn the art of fencing. It is wonderful to see so many young people enthusiastic about fencing. There are a few participants who also show so much potential in the sport. That is why we are working hard to develop future opportunities and start a Fencing Club for Shepparton. Stay tuned! Thanks again. Emily
