21.01.2022 As a followup from this previous post https://www.facebook.com/hartmutmichaelgunther/posts/10153439019572897 about Slippery Jack Mushrooms, here is what happene...d to them. Particularly proud of the Mushroom and berry jam innovation. It got the thumbs up at the Fendfoods (https://medium.com/fend-foods) group today. The jam is half organic berries and half slippery jack mushrooms. On Purelife pre-sprouted biodynamic bread with biodynamic brie cheese. Bean dish also contains these mushrooms. See more
