My name is Winton Kugam and I am from Jiwaka Province, Papua New Guinea. I recently completed my year 12 at Port Moresby International School (POMIS) in 2019. ... The biggest news is that all offshore student visas will start being processed now. It is a great chance for all prospective students to submit their documents to their case officers and get their visa ready so that they can travel as soon as the borders open.
