24.01.2022 Converting a once-upon-a-time Church into a loving family home. Extensive restorations were completed throughout which have converted this 1960s Church-Hall into a modern and luxury home. Phase 1 (2004) - Establish lower level layout and design with clients. Cut through brick work, to include external sliding door and rear laundry door. Create bedrooms with robes. Walk through double vanity area to seperate bathroom area with laundry. Built upstairs deck with 5m sliding doo...r. Design and built overhead raked display cabinet over new cocktail-bar. Re-roof existing and new deck. Fitout master bedroom robe and ensuite, and two bedrooms. Phase 2 (2014) - Design and built new kitchen incorporating rebuild of existing staircase with bamboo overlay and glass balistrading. New bamboo floor coverings throughout loungeroom. New carpet in bedrooms. Update of exterior front stairs with stainless steel wires and quiwla timber handrails.
