Jeremy has been out spraying in preparation of the wet conditions, as well as practicing minimal intervention as to avoid as much soil compaction as possible. When the weather and soil begins to dry out a little, the next stage will be to apply some organic based fertiliser. ... Stay tuned for all of our vineyard and restaurant opening updates.
