19.01.2022 Part of my current trip to Sri Lanka has been about reconnecting with people like Rani. She has an NGO named SWEAT that works with and supports young people from plantation communities to grow their leadership, self confidence, skills and employment options. We're working together on a 3 year strategy to help guide the organisation's work and to create social enterprise opportunities.
