25.01.2022 Hi and hope you are all safe and well. Progress continues and this week we have seen the flooring finished, hot water system and cleaners sink installed and yesterday the driveway entry was cut across the kerbing. Watch this space!

22.01.2022 Progress is flying along now; the toilets are nearing completion, the seamless flooring and pool surface will both be completed next week; more pics to come! Meanwhile we are aiming for a Wed 8th April startup; in line with advice from Swim Australia we are still able to operate although this can change quickly and could delay our start. For those who have contacted me already; i will be contacting you in the next few days to talk to you regarding enrolments. Looking forward to getting going!

15.01.2022 Hi and thanks for your messages! As you would expect, our start date is now delayed until the crisis has passed. Progress is continuing in so many areas and I guess the one positive (as a pool person, always the optimist!) is that by the time we do get to open, everything will be ready and the centre will be perfect for you and for your swimmers. Progress today includes paint on the toilet block, the beginning of the seamless flooring, the pool has been cleaned ready to be sprayed and the filters have been installed. 14.01.2022 Our best swimming memories! Flashback to 2011 when David had three swimmers at Open Nationals in Adelaide. These former Gatton Swimming Club stars are now a pilot, a police officer and a swim facility manager. Great kids who are now amazing adults :)

Check out this little superstar who on Monday didn’t like water in her eyes and we started with pouring water from a cup over her face. Today (Friday) she’s doing arms unassisted! 08.01.2022 ** BREAKING NEWS TODAY**. The Queensland Swim Alliance has successfully applied to the QLD Govt with a Covid-19 Industry Plan for Swim Pools and Aquatic Centres!! This means that we are able to opt in to the plan by complying with all measures and restrictions and so will be able to begin teaching within the next few weeks. We look forward to being in touch with you to organise your classes soon! It’s been so hard to wait, and we are so excited to meet you all! Trish & David
