23.01.2022 Time flies when you’re having fun... We’ve had a lovely 7 weeks filled with many special memories, meeting family and friends, cuddles, late nights, bottles and nappy changes and enjoying life with our new little man From tomorrow I’ll be trading trackie pants and slippers for my uniform and heading back to the club. I’m excited to be catching up with old members and meeting all the new ones:) Big thanku to Lauren for all her extra work and hours in the club xx

Maddy will be joining us 7am Monday mornings for HIIT and 6pm Wednesday evenings for Yin Yoga I’m so obsessed with health, fitness and moving the body that it’s legitimately all I do. Ever since I can remember I’ve been discovering everything my body is capable of and I still surprise myself everyday. Since being in this industry, completing my Barre Instructor Training and my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, all I’ve wanted to do is help others discover the ...capabilities of their bodies too. It brings me utter joy when I can help someone achieve their fitness goals; mentally and physically. I’m a huge advocate for body positivity and strongly believe that all bodies are beautiful. I believe fitness is not defined by a certain body type and eating cake is okay. If you attend my classes you can expect to leave feeling accomplished and balanced. 14.01.2022 Welcome to the club Emma Originally from France, I have lived in Australia for more than ten years and have been teaching Zumba with passion since 2015. Dancing has always been a big part of my life, with Ballet, Modern Jazz, Hip Hop, Ice Dance, and I now love teaching classes as fun and intense as only Zumba can offer. It is so energising, with a powerful, happy and easy-to-follow workout, every class feels like a party. No need to know how to dance, just follow my lead on some great Latin and world rhythms to feel amazing! My goal is to make you smile, let go of all the worries from the day through dancing while getting your body fit. Come and join me Thursday nights 630pm, I guarantee you will have a blast!
13.01.2022 Welcome to the club Cindy! Cindy will be joining us Monday evening at 6pm for Yoga I found yoga 5 years ago due to an injury. I was doing a lot of fitness classes at the gym, but didn’t spend enough time stretching afterwards. My first yoga class was sensational. It was the most memorable experience of my life as I remember crying during class. I was connected to my truth, myself and I could finally let go of things I've been holding on for so long. Yoga brought me a se...nse of groundedness amongst the chaos in life. I believe yoga is what you do on and off the mat. It’s a way of living and a way to become a better being. The more I do yoga, the more I understand about myself and it sparked my curiosity in learning the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of yoga, which led me to my first 200 Hour Tantra Hatha yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali. I then explored the power of breath and meditation which helped me advance in my personal practice. The breath is the anchor to keep me present and connect with the physical practice of asanas. I bring a lot of passion to my classes and teach from a place of compassion. My classes are usually playful, powerful yet grounding as my goal is to help cultivate self-awareness through breath and movements. When joining my class, expect mindful movements with preparation on mobility and strength towards strong peak poses. Become more present with every posture through every breath as we flow and thread movements with breaths like a moving meditation. See more
12.01.2022 With the release of our new timetable to commence Monday 12th October, we are excited to welcome back Kaysee who will join us Thursday mornings at 930am for YogaFor those of you who have not yet meet Kaysee in club (pre covid) here’s a little intro.. 17 years ago, I walked into my first Yoga class in Jersey (Channel Islands). It was so amazing, that I knew straight away it would become a big part of my life! I love the way I feel prior to class staying hydrated and e...ating well. I love the way I feel during class balancing, twisting and focusing on myself, my body and each breath. I love the way I feel after every class strong, empowered, happy and energized. In short, I love yoga and its benefits! After backpacking around Europe for three years, I moved back to Australia and couldn’t wait to track down the nearest Yoga studio. I’ve been practicing on and off ever since my absences due to having three cheeky boys (Ashton 11, Caleb 9 and Daniel 6) My boys keep my husband, Carl, and I on our toes. We spend a lot of time camping, bushwalking and at the beach always looking for amazing yoga photo opportunities (which the kids also enjoy). In 2015 I completed my 200hr Yoga teacher training course, I’m very happy to be sharing my love and passion of yoga in many gyms,studios, schools & universities all over Adelaide.
