FITT30 will now be running Monday’s at 6.15am with the amazing Shannon Hunter - Bookings essential, just jump on to our app. FITT30 Tuesday 6.30am is no longer running due to low numbers. Double trouble! We have now added a cycle with our crazy trainer Jana on Thursday mornings 6.30am to go back to back with a FITT30 at 7am Please keep feedback coming members.
