25.01.2022 With the holiday season approaching for some people it brings about feelings of guilt The only thing you need to know: This season is to create memories with your loved ones!... Nothing else matters! It's a short period of time where we are privileged enough to take some time to relax and unwind with our family and friends. You might not have access to a gym, or to the regular food you eat and that's ok! Do your level best and most importantly enjoy your time creating memories The reality is that this period of the year is only very short in the scheme of things. One or 2 weeks will not ruin your years worth of consistency and effort. You won't have this time again with your loved ones, so live in the moment and celebrate it fully. 23.01.2022 Ever wondered how to Bench Press? The bench press is an excellent compound exercise that helps to build and strengthen muscles in the chest, shoulders and triceps. Aim for 12-15 reps at a weight which is challenging on the last few reps and doesn't compromise form. We strongly recommend working with a partner to spot you especially on the last few reps.
