16.01.2022 Thank you to all of our members for jumping onto the Fernwood APP and booking your gym floor workouts over the past weeks As of Monday 30th Nov, there will be no need to book in when you are doing a workout on the gym floor. You will still need to book for all group fitness classes.... Please remember your workout towel and mat if you are doing any floor work. Please remember that if you can't attend to cancel your booking in the APP so that those on the waiting list can access the class.

14.01.2022 Important announcement Government announcements regarding wearing masks indoors also applies to gyms. Some points to note;... If out of breath from intense exercise then masks can be removed. Medical exemptions must be sited for approval of no masks Instructors taking classes do not need to wear a mask Anyone removing masks, for classes, intense exercise or eating and drinking must have a mask on them at all times.
