Due to it being an unstable surface it helps improve your core function as well. Can't wait for you guys to try this one, let me know if you come up with some funky new exercises on the swiss ball as well. I'd love to see them!

10.01.2022 COVID CLOSURE NOTICE Hello Fabulous Ladies You are probably aware of the Qld Government announcement requiring gyms (and many other services) to close from 6pm Friday 8th January for 72 hours. This means our doors must be key... locked and access to the premises is unavailable during the period of closure. At the time of lockdown and subject to further Qld Health developments, we plan to unlock our doors to permit unstaffed Club access to members only from 7pm Monday 11th January. Staff will return to work and be available to assist both members and non-members with any queries from 8am Tuesday 12th January 2021. Please ring the doorbell for assistance if you do not have a member security fob. Any changes to these plans due to Qld Health developments will be posted on our Fernwood Everton Park facebook page. We can’t wait to get back to business as normal on the other side. 09.01.2022 **MASK CLARIFICATION** Today clarification became available surrounding the need to wear masks at indoor exercise facilities under the current Qld Government requirements. As an indoor facility we require you to wear a mask upon entry, exit, walking around, speaking to other members or staff AND during your workout. Basically you need your mask on at all times BUT if you are engaging in strenuous/high intensity exercise, you may pop your mask under your chin until that str...enuous activity ends. Also pop your mask under your chin for regular water breaks and please ensure you are socially distanced from others at all times.
