18.01.2022 WOW - WOMAN OF THE WEEK Hi my name is Peta I've recently returned to Fernwood after a year. Prior to this I was a tribe member for over 10 years.l started to loose motivation and felt I need a change to reset. During Covid lockdowns I enjoyed walking with my headphones in and just enjoying the beautiful scenery. I'm lucky I have still been working and made the transition to work from home which comes in handy as I can rush home after a class that I normally couldn't attend due to work. After an appointment with Kelly from @shylohairandbeauty and seeing how bright and shiny the club looks I decided to come back. I am feeling motivated again and as you can see by the picture I am still doing my walks with my headphones. #balance

12.01.2022 Have you tried reformer Pilates? Our newest membership consultant, Talia tried her first class the other day and LOVE IT! Here is what she had to say:... Reformer Pilates was such a great and fun class. The other members were so welcoming and encouraging, it set the tone for a lovely class. The class was challenging and I love trying something new. I felt amazing after the class... a few days later I was definitely feeling it (but in a good way, I could feel muscles I didn’t even know I had) Sue, the instructor was so helpful and attentive so I never felt lost with what I was doing. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to jump in more classes! Have you tried reformer Pilates?
