23.01.2022 We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who is adhering to the changes we have had to make during the pandemic. As we are not through the other side yet we need to remind our clients that as a business we must continue to adhere to COVID social distancing practices. As our waiting room is not large and there is 3 or more staff members often in the building, we can only facilitate ONE person in the waiting room (as per 4sqm rule). We ask that: If you are waiting fo...r an appointment - please wait outside 1 person per pet per consult If you are coming into the clinic to buy products or ask for advice, please check no one else is in the clinic and only come in once the person before you has left. Again we remind everyone that rude behaviour towards our nurses and failure to adhere to the rules may result in not being able to facilitate your consultation. 01.01.2022 Our new business cards have arrived! With magnets to follow. Our phone issues are hopefully all fixed now with the new number 3506 1125 up and running. We thank everyone for their patience during this frustrating time and appreciate that it has been an inconvenience for our clients. As you can imagine this has caused many problems for our nursing staff and there may be further issues that we cannot control. We ask that when you phone or come into the clinic, our nursing staff are treated with respect and rude behaviour will not be tolerated.
