In an open out door environment, hand sanitiser is there for use before and after session. All inserts are washed after every use and gloves and pads disinfected with hospital grade gym disinfectant. 19.01.2022 Coronavirus (Covid-19) With the recent events that have been happening with the virus, I understand people’s caution when participating in group exercise classes or attending gyms. I will still be running my normal classes as a great strong immune system is always important, especially with what’s happening around the world today. ... Moderate exercise is a great way to help boost your immune system which is the body’s natural defence against infection. What am I doing to minimise risk of infection? As always I sanitise ALL of my equipment after every use. I wash all of my glove inserts after use. And I will have hand sanitiser on hand for clients to use before and after classes. Don’t let this stop you from coming along to a session, obviously don’t attend if you are feeling unwell or have traveled overseas recently.
