25.01.2022 Hey All, this is my client Mel. She has just finished her first 12 week body transformation block. She has lost a total of 21.5cm (8cm around waist) & 4.7kg. She has increased her strength from being able to squat 30kg for 10 reps and now 45kg for 6 reps. Mel knows that it's not all about the scales, remembering rapid weight loss is rapid weight Gain. 09.01.2022 Well done to this Legend in completing his first 12 week transformation program. Habits will make or break your results and that's the biggest turn around Gaz did. With only being 60% complaint to his exercise program we still managed to, Drop 7kg lose 10cm around his waist ... Improve body composition Increase his strength, Bench Press: Week 1- 55kg/ 7reps : W12 - 80kg/ 5 reps. Well done mate

09.01.2022 Hey all! This is my client Steve, Before he started his first MP program Steve had attempted twice in 15 years wanting to lose weight. He attempted each time roughly lasting around 3-5 weeks!... When we met he was fearful that this might happen again, I made sure it Didn't, this is his story so far.. We changed habits into good intentions, changed the way we ate and made food work for him. Steve struggled to get 90 degrees in his squat, squatting 25kg for 9 reps only doing 1/4 squats. We also focused on getting his technique right performing deadlifts for the first 4 weeks. We had a lot of flexibility issues we needed to work on, through the persistence of wanting to perform these lifts, he would often get weird looks at work. He stretched every opportunity he could! He nailed technique on both exercises by week 5. By the end of the first program he was able to: -Squat: 97.5kg for 5 reps ! -Deadlift: 122.5 for 4 reps! -Lost 3.7 kg -Lost total of 20cm (8cm around waist, 5cm around hips) He also achieve this while Working 11-13 hours a day truck driving 6x a week! He refused to let these set backs get in the way and kept pushing on!! Steve is now week 4 in his 2nd program, looking forward to the results at the end of this 12 week block! Well done mate, should be very proud!
