Chips crunchy, undercooked chips, lightly battered fish etc. Please just ASK us nicely. I will not tolerate what happened this afternoon. My staff work very hard and I have taught them that everyone is different. We can't always remember your preference but a friendly reminder is all it takes. We will refuse service to anyone if abuse continues. Thanks heaps Ferrari's Crew
