24.01.2022 Due to changes from Medicare , we are transitioning back to some more normal operations . These changes from Medicare can be implemented from the 1st of October , but we want to give our patients more notice than this . So from the 19th of October here is the plan for us : We are still taking requests for scripts with a Phone Script Appt - this may incur a charge from your Dr , due to Medicare changes. Payment for these appts will be phone on the day you have your phone appt .... Medicare changes now also impact on other aspects of our billing , and as such from the 19th of October Dressing charges will also resume as normal , with a dressing charge applied to each dressing visit .. Please talk to our staff when you make your bookings . We would like to thank all of our patients for working with us with screening and temp checks etc , these will also be relaxed as from next week we slowly transition to our normal operations .. Thankyou See more

22.01.2022 It’s important all South Australians and anyone visiting SA keep getting tested for COVID-19 if they have any symptoms, no matter how mild. A test does not clea...r you of COVID-19 forever. If you develop new symptoms, you need to get tested, even if you have been negative in the past. High levels of testing has been a vital part of our continued success in the fight against COVID-19 in SA, allowing us to enjoy fewer restrictions and keeping South Australians safe. If you have any of these symptoms, no matter how mild, please get tested for COVID-19: fever or chills cough sore throat runny nose shortness of breath loss of taste and smell If you have symptoms but you’re not sure if it’s hayfever or allergies speak to your GP. Find a testing site near you: www.sahealth.sa.gov.au/covidtesting

20.01.2022 At this time in South Australia it is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended to wear a mask when out in public and you can’t physically distance (1.5m fr...om others). Please note: children under 12 years of age do not need to wear a mask, as they may not be able to handle it safely. The term ‘face mask or mask’ includes reusable cloth masks, and single-use face masks (commonly called surgical masks). At this time, ‘fitted’ face coverings, such as bandanas, scarves, or neck gaiters can be used if you are unable to find a cloth mask, or single-use surgical face mask. Face masks that have unfiltered one-way valves should not be used. Important things to remember about wearing masks: 1 Once your mask is on, it is important that you don’t touch or adjust the front of it while wearing it it’s the part that’s protecting you from COVID-19. If you do touch it by accident, wash or sanitise your hands right away. 2 Before putting your mask on and after taking it off, remember to thoroughly wash and dry (or sanitise) your hands.
