19.01.2022 http:// Opportunity for Aboriginal students // Expressions of interest are open for aboriginal students to participate in a 3 day Djinda Dear Ngardak event this Apr...il 5th - 8th, as part of the World Indigenous Summit. Over the 3 day event there will be intercultural activities with local Elders on country identifying and foraging traditional foods, visiting sites, sharing stories and knowledge. W.A produce and foraged ingredients will be utilised in professional culinary workshops mentored by leading WA chefs including Crown Executive chef Sean Marco and Fervor Executive chef and owner Paul Iscov.
