Warm weather and rain can result in aggressive infections such as powdery mildew in grapes or anthracnose and rust in almonds, which can have devastating results by harvest if not controlled. Application of protective fungicides will prevent buildup of pathogens and potential crop downgrade or loss. Control of these diseases in early Spring is critical as fungicide covera...ge becomes increasingly difficult as the season and the disease progresses. Ensure you only apply fungicides registered for your crop and growth stage, and always adhere the label.
