24.01.2022 Just a quick reminder that the Bank Holiday is coming up on Monday 7th August. All Family First branches will be closed, but no other access options such as Phone/Internet Banking, ATM or EFTPOS will be effected. 08.01.2022 Duplicate Visa Transactions: You may already be aware from reports in the press that Visa Transactions conducted by Visa Card holders have been duplicated to cardholder accounts for transactions performed on 11, 12 and 13 March at Woolworth's Supermarkets, Dan Murphy's, BIG W, Woolworths Petrol and BWS. Family First members have been impacted by this issue.... We have been advised that Visa are in the process of reversing these transactions and that this should start occurring from this morning. If this causes you any issues or concerns - please contact us on 1300 369 900 and we will do our best to assist you :-)

07.01.2022 It is a great outcome for consumers to see APRA enforcing stronger capital requirements on Banks. Capital ratios the already 'Unquestionably Strong' Customer Owned Banking sector have largely met for some time. This is the kind of security we can offer our members when the safety of their deposits is our priority rather than paying higher dividends to shareholders. 02.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Mobile banking is currently down but should be fixed tomorrow. We are currently upgrading our systems and this was one part of the upgrade that has caused us some technical issues. We apologise for any inconvenience caused... The full version of internet banking is working fine however - it is only 'Mobile Banking' from a mobile device that is down. You can either log on via a PC - or on your phone or tablet you may be able to select 'View the full version of this website' and log in via there. Once again - we apologise for the inconvenience

02.01.2022 BPAY - Major System Incident Members - please be advised that BPAY experienced a major system incident on the 22nd December - with all BPAY services effected. This was a market wide issue. The Impact this has on our members is that any BPAY payments made on 22 December 2016 will now be processed with payments made today, 23rd December.
