08.01.2022 Wednesday Bootcamp 5.45pm focuses heavily on boxing FUN & FAT BURNING. Saturday mornings is postponed for the time being due to lack of numbers. Tuesday's & Fridays as per normal 6am. Have a great weekend everyone!!
