13.01.2022 The F-Fitness Lismore Rescue Helicopter Car Wash is this Saturday, January 30 from 9am to 1pm at the East Lismore Bowling Club carpark. Staff and clients fr...om F-Fitness have been gearing up for the car wash, getting in plenty of prep to ensure your ‘ride’ is sparkling as you drive away. F-Fitness staffer Kacee Clark has been recruiting staff and patrons to help on the day and has been excited by the response and Event Co-Ordinator Jess (far right) has been spreading the word and hoping for a big turnout in support of the #RescueHelicopter If anyone has any queries phone the F-Fitness Car Wash Hotline on 0458 668 999...see you Saturday!

With a high protein to calorie ratio, you can ensure you're maintaining an anabolic state, whether your goal is to lose body fat or build lean muscle. What you need:... 1-3/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 4 large garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or herbs 1-1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon zest, from one lemon How to make it: 1. One at a time, place the chicken breasts in a 1-gallon zip-lock bag; using a meat mallet, pound to an even -inch thickness. 2. Mix all of the ingredients except for the chicken together in a 1-gallon zip-lock bag (go ahead and use the same one you used for pounding if it is still in good shape). 3. Add the chicken breasts to the bag and massage the marinade into the meat until evenly coated.
