25.01.2022 Parents of Year 3s and Year 4s, We would like to invite your daughter to play netball for the Floreat Force Netball Club in the upcoming Winter NetSetGo Competition 2020. We are anticipating 2 teams of 10 players for Year 3 and the same for Year 4. However, we do have the scope for further full teams if we have great interest.... Games are played at Matthews Netball Centre, Wembley on Friday afternoons after school. Training is usually held on a weeknight after school at Floreat Park Primary School. Positions in the teams will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. When you register on the MyNetball website (see instructions below) - the club receives the date and time of your completed registration and teams will be filled via this information. Anyone who misses out will receive an immediate full refund. Please read the following information carefully regarding the upcoming winter Netball season 2020. PART 1. REGISTRATION PROCESS. **PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.** Step 1. 22.01.2022 Dear members, Training recommences this Thursday 28th May. 5-6pm for years 5,6 and 7. 6.30-7.30pm for years 8 & 9-12.... We understand there is a lot to do to meet the Covid-19 requirements set out by Netball WA. We will communicate any changes as they occur via your team manager as the situation constantly changes. Please ensure managers and coaches have completed the Online Covid-19 Infection Control Training and sent youre certificate to [email protected] Managers must complete an Intent to Train Form. These must be completed to commence training. Players and families must read and understand the Netball WA Return to Training Protocols and the Netball WA Covid Poster. We invite any current members or new players who will be in YEAR 6 or higher in 2021 to register your interest before 1...8th October to be included in grading and team selection. Grading will be in November 2020. If your child is currently in YEAR 6 and looking at moving clubs next year, we are keen to hear from you! We offer teams of all age groups through to year 12! Ensure records are entered onto MyNetball for all competition match results at the end of each fixture round (Association only). 13.01.2022 Mid season Break Update Well done to all teams so far this season! This week sees the end of round 8, with 7 of our 12 teams that could play finals well into the top 4 of their divisions. Juniors are also doing very well and we should have some successful top of table Premiers.... NSG teams all look like they are having fun learning skills on a Friday night. The season has a mid week break of 3 weekends over the school holidays. 11.01.2022 Hello members. Firstly, we hope all is well with you and your families during these difficult times. The landscape is changing around us on a daily basis, so please stay safe and keep your connections going whilst isolated from our normal lives. We know this will end, but we don't know when. We do know that when the group gatherings are lifted, our children will be desperate to play sport again! We encourage you to keep your children motivated and exercising by passing the ne...tball with them and perhaps doing some shooting if you have goals at your house. Regarding the Winter 2020 competition, we have had an update from the PNA. Expressions of interest have now closed for season 2020 and we are unable to register any more players. Only players that have formally registered their interest and paid their deposit will be graded at the upcoming grading sessions.... 01.01.2022 Hello Players and Parents, As you are aware, Lana Gibson has resigned from her role as President of our club we are now looking for a new President to start as soon as possible. On behalf the club we would like to thank Lana for her commitment to Floreat Force Netball Club over the last 5 years. She has grown Floreat Force to a small Primary School Club to a fully Incorporated club with over 200 players. ... The committee have also been notified that the roles of Registrar and Treasurer will be vacant for season 2020. Ideally this would allow time for handover with the current office bearers prior to next years season. We encourage anyone who has had previous sporting committee experience and a knowledge of netball to apply for the role President. We will be posting the job descriptions on Facebook.
