25.01.2022 Pop in and visit Angie and Danny at the @mounttorrenshotel and check out the Farm Friendly Shuttle. The @cfs couldn’t have saved Mt Torrens without the help of the farmers says Angie.

24.01.2022 Yes it's that time of the year again. Time to look at a Farm Friendly Shuttle. We want you to use this beast all year round as it has many uses around the farm, not just fighting fires. Dust suppression, cleaning troughs, watering the polo field the list goes on. The tank can be removable and you can put large bales of hay or your quad-bike on it. ... Check it out. Give us a call. 10.01.2022 Seems like a good idea. What do you think? https://www.abc.net.au//old-cfs-country-fire-ser/12349600

10.01.2022 Had a few questions about rego. My understanding is you shouldn’t need it. You can see here firstly that the tow vehicle tail lights are clearly visible. If there is a fire, and/or you are travelling farm to farm, it is gazetted that farm machinery and fire fighting equipment does not need to be registered. An orange flashing light would be good tho.

09.01.2022 If it wasn't for farmers with their own equipment these fires would have been a lot worse. / CFS. Then why did the state government take away the funding? Follow the link to read this story in the Stock Journal: https://www.stockjournal.com.au//firefighting-grants-abol/... "The Regional Capability Community Fund that provided grants for equipment to communities vulnerable to extreme weather conditions was cut by the state government, compromising preventative bushfire management plans", according to Opposition Leader Peter Malinauskas.

06.01.2022 Check out the FFS this long weekend, courtesy of the good people at Adelaide Hills Toyota in Mount Barker.

05.01.2022 G and S with their new FFS Shuttle. They are going to use it for watering and revegetation after the fires. Their house and sheds survived but everything around them was impacted. Hope that’s all we ever need it for they said. So do we... #adelhills Adelaide Hills Wine Region CFS Foundation
