24.01.2022 Hello again Here you see some patterns for the Expedition camper . One pattern is for the lift up roof ( the white one ) and the other is a Cnc cut window ( grey ) Moulds will be made from them. This allows us to have a production of the common Parts that are on the Expedition Camper .... It still gives us the the flexibility to build different sizes of expeditor campers , that can fit on Mercedes Benz , MAN ,Hino and what ever you want as a base Vehicle . We can build the Expedition camper as a slide on , or with a subframe that fits on your vehicle without compromise of the vehicles Chassis flex . 22.01.2022 Max Can Go Camping Jim loves his dog Max and wants to take him everywhere , but needs him to be safe and secure . He also needs a safe and secure storage for his tools or camping equipment. So, Jim came to FGS Composites for a solution. FGS Composites specialises in Metal and Composite design and fabrication. We set out to design a canopy that will suit Jim’s needs. We used a strong Aluminium frame and sheeting to ensure it is safe and can withstand the rigours of off road t...raveling . 19.01.2022 While we are waiting for CNC cut patterns for the Explorer Camper we are building a Aluminium Back for a Toyota Landcruiser . The box is made from 3mm aluminium with 40x40x3 mm box section . It will have a Dog box with storage above for smaller items . The welding done is both Mig and Tig for strength . On the photos you see also the side doors ready for welding . The smaller doors will get some mesh welded in for ventilation for the dog or the fridge .
