Please note residents only in sit down area and you must have been on the Island for the past 14 days before entering. Please use the hand sanatiser provided before entering the cafe. If you have not been on the Island for 14 days then one of our staff will take your order out the front or call us on 63592105 and we will bring your order outside for pickup. 02.01.2022 Job Description Baker Flinders Island Bakery... Full Time Baker The Flinder's Island Bakery, the only bakery on the island, has a position available for a Baker. This position is Full Time, 5 days per week and involves early starts. Ideally, we are looking for a person with previous experience who is passionate about what they do, and who’d like to join a committed team. This position is based on Flinders Island and requires competency in the following areas- slice making different types of bread and a wide range of pastries, like cookies, cakes and pies etc This role requires demonstrated abilities like; Trade recognised qualification or bake house experience Strong work ethic Fit and healthy for the work type required Safe Food knowledge and/or accreditation Work, participate and contribute to the team environment Follow process and procedures and work to a high standard Be organized, productive and manage your time effectively Ability to maintain standards If you believe that you have the skills, abilities and qualities to make a difference to our customers, our team and our business then you are strongly encouraged to apply by either calling Maxine or Toni 63593532
