There is an outrage due to excessive flooding for our epping rd , epping site , our field operators are on site assisting in getting services back an up and running. Our website will be updated and we hope to have services restored ASAP. Services will not be billed to our RSPs for down time.

24.01.2022 UPDATE: Due to the severity of the issue (out of our control) Our 3rd party contractor has notified us to expect services to be back up and running by 1am - 8am Saturday 15th August. Services will come back up once the issue is fixed. If you have issues connecting please power cycle your router.

18.01.2022 At 6:05 pm today services to Auburn site have been impacted. Within 36 minutes, field service technicians from Fiber Corp attended site. All equipment is working and operational. 3rd party works have affected the fiber line and rectification works to fix the street issue has been escalated and raised as a priority. Update expected at 11:30 pm

15.01.2022 UPDATE: A cable has been cut and our 3rd party contractor is en-route to fix. Currently, there is no ETA, but we should have an update within 2 hours as to when services will be restored.

14.01.2022 A major arterial fibre cable has been cut in the Parramatta Area affecting thousands. Fiber contractors have been on-site for the last few hours and still have many hours ahead to get this fixed. We are working with our 3rd party contractors to get everything up and running as soon as possible.

05.01.2022 Current Outages due to 3rd party issues: 61-71 Queen St Auburn Fisher Ave, Pennant Hills All building services will be out including the Internet and Intercoms. ... Once the 3rd party issue is fixed services should come back online. However, if there are any issues with the internet we ask if customers to power cycle their router. We will update as soon as there is an ETA.
