15.01.2022 Look out back half of 2020! This little beauty is getting a make over! Thanks to NQ Fishing Show listener 'Chris' from Townsville, we have saved this little Arrow from the dump Chris has had this little ripper for over 8 years & can still spin a yarn on the last time he used it! He has generously donated it to us to carry out a rebuild & spruce up to aid our D.I.Y videos & we have an awesome game plan for it once it's complete. More info to come! Do we keep it helm steer or centre console it?

13.01.2022 Some recent trophies we completed for the Townsville Game Fishing Club Barra Bash Competition held off Lucinda. Janae nailed the routing on one of the in house cnc machines, then the team went to work with the resin and pigments we love supporting local clubs and events so if we can assist please don't hesitate to get in touch!

08.01.2022 We have a massive 4 weeks coming up with EVA Tread jobs! If you are wanting your boat done before the TGFC Barra Bash please get in contact with us to book it in to make sure we can make it happen in time! The scout's still not even done

08.01.2022 If you have stopped here looking for D.I.Y updates, progression on the project boat or to see if our Facebook account was even still active ... then let's continue! First of all our D.I.Y sessions - these are still on our high priority list & before this possible 2nd wave we planned on opening them back up this month! We still have 2 dates we will be running if this week we get no news on bringing restrictions back in. The second reason we have not jumped straight back into... classes is we are fortunate enough to be training new staff! Yes our team has expanded & with the addition of our newest member in a fortnight Fibrefinish will grow to a team of 6 with room still for a cnc operator/ draftsman. So if you see some new faces or hear a different name when calling the shop make sure to be patient & understanding if you cannot directly speak to myself, the superstar team we have will eventually make me redundant anyway . With our newest recruit passionate about resin art & timber we can't wait for the ducks to line up & these D.I.Y sessions go nuts again! As far as the project boat goes... we will be grinding that out by the end of the month along with the start of a custom 4mtr punt build allowing us to put together D.I.Y sessions on fibreglassing but also put together a comprehensive online course where we deep dive into the step by step process of both a rebuild & custom build through to fit out that you can register for, keep the program & have access to some of the industry's pros to discuss your own project! This is only a snippet of why we have been a bit quiet on here, however I can assure you the back half of 2020 is going to be huge for Fibrefinish & we can't wait for you to be a part of it! Do the following sound familiar instead of "white powder stuff" fumed silca microballoons hollow microspheres industrial chalc... wacker micro fibre We stock them all and can help you pin point exaclty which product you need!
