24.01.2022 Our signs are going up and that means the 2020 Ficifolia Art show is getting closer. Entries are due 31st January with no extensions this year. Work due Feb 3rd. We really looking forward to having your artwork in the Art Show

21.01.2022 The judging was done yesterday and if you come to the opening tonight you will be able to see the excited winners and their fantastic work. It’s a great exhibition with all work worthy of a prize. Lea Jones and Erin Mathews pictured did a fantastic job of judging and a difficult one at that. Hope to see you all at 6.30 tonight.

A showcase of extraordinary talent from our local artists and from further afield. Art demonstrations daily. Don't miss our Gala Opening Evening Thursday Feb 6th 6:30-8:30pm, tickets at the door, adults $5, kids free, finger food with drinks at bar prices. Judges' presentation of winners with our wonderful sponsors and artists in attendance. Huge thanks to the Drouin Hawks Football and Netball Club .

15.01.2022 Due to Covid-19 it has been decided to cancel the 2021 February Ficifolia Art Show. Our lives have been turned upside down due to Covid and it is hard to know when we will be able to get back to normal. Our Art Show depends on so many hands and business working together and that is not possible at the moment. We will be back bigger and better than before just when and how we don't know yet but when we do we will shout it loud so you can all get ready to show your wonderful art to the community again. 13.01.2022 Congrats to Bob Hickman Artist on receiving highly commended for best small work, sponsored by Morwell Art & Framing. It was sold at the art show! This is a popular area of entry and no doubt we will look at offering it again next year

11.01.2022 Tonight the Creative Frenzy Event kicks off in this space! Watch our 7 great artists produce a masterpiece each in just 2 HOURS. See them sweat before the eyes of the audience as they paint, draw and struggle to create a full blown masterpiece within the time limit. Entry to watch the spectacle is by gold coin donation. Pizza snacks will be provided free. Event starts 5:30 and ends 7:30pm. Pop in for a short time or the whole time. Not to be missed.. Held at Drouin Football Clubrooms, Sinclair St, Drouin. #best things to do in drouin on a Saturday night!! Part of our amazing Drouin Ficifolia Festival.

09.01.2022 The Ficifolia Exhibition is open every day 10-4 until Sunday 16th. We have great sponsors for the Exhibition and one is the Baw Baw City Council. We are very fortunate to have a great Council that supports the Arts and the Art Alliance in so many big and small ways. Karen (pictured with Ing from the Arts Alliance) our go to Council representative and she is always thinking of ways that we can work together to the benefit of the community.
