20.01.2022 BlazeAid Kangaroo Island has new co-ordinators, Jules and Jo. We’d like to invite anyone who is interested in a challenge and would like to help the farmers on ...the island. After 9 months BlazeAid are so close to completing the farms devastated by the fires in January this year. We need more volunteers to complete the job. We are situated at the Parndana Sports and Showground. We have limited accommodation to offer but we do have plenty of room if you bring your own, including power if you need it. The crew here at the moment are wonderful ambassadors for BlazeAid but several of them need to leave soon, we’d love to grow our numbers again. Half the cost on the ferry to and from the island will be reimbursed if you work a minimum of 5 days. If you or someone you know is able to help please call Jo on 0417 614446.
