15.01.2022 I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. cliche I know but it's so true for me. There is 72 days left in 2019 and I want to leave this year healthier than when it started. Bring on 2020. ... I've ordered all my vitamins, wholefood supplements and shakes. I've written out my fitness goals and am psyching myself up for Tomorrow, D-day. It's going to be tough but worth it. I am committing to being the best me I can possibly be. Now I need to take action and develop some serious self discipline. Here's to new beginnings and a happier healthier Candy. :) Wish me luck! lets hit 2020 with a running start pun intended. @ Weipa, Queensland

05.01.2022 If at first we don't succeed, try and try again. Acknowlede every achievement and failure to find the equal benifit from both. Get comfy in the journey, learn to appreciate where we are instead of always looking to the future.
