14.01.2022 Dear All, In light of what we have been informed could be SCAM sites and stores selling counterfeit/fake Fidget Cubes i.e. Ebay even before the genuine products have begun shipping [by the creators at Antsy Labs], we at Fidget have taken it upon ourselves to be fully transparent in our operations by providing ample evidence that we are a legitimate business who have entered into a business transaction with the US creators on Kickstarter/Antsy Labs, for the purchase and suppl...y of genuine Fidget Cubes, to our Fidgety warehouse in Perth, Australia. To certify our legitimacy, we have taken steps to request an official response from the Fidget Cube creators. Whilst this is happening in the background, we shall go one step further by providing proof of our payment to the Fidget Cube creators. The following is a screenshot of our bank statement showing the transaction between me, Yiwei Zhang (Eddie), as the purchaser, and Kickstarter Fidget Cube, as the receiver of funds, for an amount that has been blocked out for confidentiality reason. We have done this in good faith and hope that by doing this, our visitors and customers will have absolute trust that they will be receiving the genuine product when our shipment arrives in Australia and Fidgety starts shipping orders. 09.01.2022 Dear All, It is with great regret that I am no longer able to launch my online store. Antsy Labs promised a delivery date of March 2017 for my shipment to arrive. However I only received finally received my shipment late in August 2017, 5 months late. During those 5 months, large retailers like Kmart, Target and other similar shops started selling Fidget Cubes. This was on top of the multitude of counterfeit sellers who had already been selling non-genuine Fidget Cubes since ...December 2016. As I am unable to compete with the buying power of the large retailers, as well as the low prices of the counterfeit sellers, it unfortunately also means I cannot sell my Fidget Cubes at a competitive price without making a huge operating loss. As such, I have closed my online Shopify store and will only be selling my stock of Fidget Cubes and Prisms to friends and families. Thank you for all your support thus far. It has been a lesson for me which I have definitely learnt from. If after all this and you, as a super awesome person, would still like to purchase some Fidget Cubes or Prisms from me, I would most definitely be able to help you out. 06.01.2022 Dear BFree N Lel Surfpuppies, I am writing to you as the owner of Fidgety (www.fidgety.com.au). We hope that you have not confused our official business name, Fidgety, with Wingless Pilot. Wingless Pilot as you have indicated in your several comments throughout my Facebook page, operates in QLD and owns www.fidgetcubes.com.au. ... My company, Fidgety, on the other hand operates in WA and my official website is www.fidgety.com.au. I am not in any way associated with Wingless Pilot. More importantly, I have also not started selling Fidget Cubes as I am currently waiting for the first shipment to arrive from the US creators of the genuine Fidget Cube. Lastly, as far as I know, the company named Wingless Pilot do not have any Facebook pages. It is an unfortunate coincidence that my Facebook page bears the same name as their website :/ Due to this confusion, I am now in the process of changing our Facebook page name to avoid this and hence reflect my official business name better. 05.01.2022 Hi Fidgety Fans! You might have noticed our Facebook page name has changed from "Fidget Cube Australia" to "Fidget Cube by Fidgety Australia" as of 2nd March 2017. It is high time we did this as we do not wish to be associated with any SCAM sites. We have also done this to reflect our business name - FIDGETY - better and get our business name out there of course. ;)... As an update, the Fidgety team is hard at work getting the website and online store up and running in preparation for the shipment to arrive from the awesome creators of the original Fidget Cube from Antsy Labs!
