19.01.2022 Bistecca alla Fiorentina from @RangersValley. The best t-bone you will EVER have.

19.01.2022 NOW TAKING SUGGESTIONS . For the next episode of Cooking With Gaz, Gaz and I want to share a classic Field To Fork or The Butcher’s Grill dish. Is there something we sell that you want to learn how to cook? Perhaps how to grill the perfect scotch fillet? Or our classic lasagna perhaps? Have your say, comment on what you’d like to see . #CookingWithGaz

18.01.2022 Ahh, the Australian bush. Pretty special place to watch a day melt away. Sun setting in the distance, @RangersValley tomahawks roasting over a wood fire, glass of wine in hand, kookaburras laughing as your suburban dogs realise that they have zero chance of keeping up with a kangaroo. What could be better?

17.01.2022 The 2nd dinner of our bush getaway...sorry, our...ah, intensive product research convention; racks of lamb. This was without a doubt the best piece of lamb I have ever tasted. I’ve been known to exaggerate on the odd occasion but, truly, this lamb was transcendent. I’m hungry just thinking of it. Top quality, free-range lamb, simply seasoned (rosemary, salt, pepper, good olive oil), roasted gently over gumtree until the fat was rendered crisp. Served with baked spuds, buttered corn and all the wine we had left (to save room for the road-trip home, of course). Just glorious. #HowsTheSerenity

16.01.2022 World’s Easiest Roast Dinner. Grab two @Lilydale size 15 chooks. Rub with olive oil, any fresh herbs you have on hand and season liberally (season the inside of the cavity, too!). Dice whatever root veggies you have into fist-sized chunks. Roast for 80-90 mins at 180C fan forced. Rest for 10 mins before serving. #WinnerWinnerChickenDinner.

13.01.2022 Our boerewors is our best-selling flavoured sausage for good reason. We exclusively use chuck steak for this snag which lends to it’s rich, clean flavour. I’d be truly surprised if it isn’t the leanest, cleanest, best-tasting boerie in Australia. #WatchThisSpace #Boerewors

12.01.2022 Here’s a quick look at our favourite moments in the past year. 2020 was a monumental year for our small business. We dealt with the absolute madness that Covid-19 brought us, from new sanitation and CovidSafe practises, to panic-buying, to the wonderful expansion of home cooking. We cemented our teams in both shops and Matthew took the helm at Vaucluse. We launched our new website and online store. Our products were accepted in two different supermarkets across 4 locations. W...e bought a brand new van and had it beautifully detailed and branded, only for it to be crashed the next day. We launched Cooking With Gaz (stay tuned for brand new episodes coming soon). We cut, we cooked, we cleaned, we served and we LAUGHED. A LOT. We are just supremely grateful for everything we have and we are incredibly excited to see what 2021 will bring. Happy New Year to all and thank you for your support May the year ahead bring you happiness and success See more

04.01.2022 From Paula, Joshua, Jason, Matt, Lorraine and the entire team at Field To Fork, THANK YOU for your support this year . 2020 has been by FAR our craziest year but it’s also been the most fun, and the most rewarding. To everyone that shopped with us this Christmas, thank you for your patience. We sincerely hope you enjoy your Christmas meal. All that’s left is to sit back, relax, and waltz into 2021 . #MerryChristmas
