17.01.2022 Being a busy mum I like simple foods. I LOVE quick and easy. So here is a slice Ive adapted from @careenkiller which is so super simple and you can make with all the ingredients you most likely would have already in the house, particularly if you have a demanding toddler 1 packet of milk arrowroot biscuits 1 cup sultanas 1 Tsp cacao 1 Tbs flax seed ... Optional 2 tbs PB2 or peanut butter Blend that bad boy up with some water until combined and place in a tray in the fridge for half an hour. Once set, create icing by mixing 25g butter or coconut oil and 1 tbs of cacao.
