We are now taking class bookings, message your name and a contact number to 0431 054 448 to secure your spot, please note that this is essential. Also continuing from our previous post yesterday, we have been working hard over the weekend to prepare the gym to reopen again on Monday 18th May 2020 and have now made a few more changes to the gym please see below:... At this stage until further notice, we have removed the weights, exercise machines etc out of the gym, by doing this it ensures that we all abide by the rules and regulations of the Government. Yes Team Fierce we will be kicking it old school and we now have a very very large floor space . Thank you all again and hope to see you tomorrow.

16.01.2022 Dear Team Fierce, Our timetable has changed at this stage commencing Monday 18th May 2020 until further notice, please see the below: Kids Classes (Ages 6-11) will not be commencing at this stage until further notice.... Junior Classes (Ages 12-16) Mondays & Wednesdays: 4.45pm - 5.30pm Parents please drop off your kids at the front of the gym and then return after class has finished for pick-up. At this stage unfortunately you will be unable to stay and watch due to the number restrictions. Adult Classes Monday to Thursday: 5.40pm - 6.25pm (45 minute sessions at this stage until further notice). Please see the below rules and regulations to follow and abide by before entering and while in the gym. Further information will also be available at the gym, if you have any questions please contact Ile or Eugene: If you are showing any symptoms of illness, recently been unwell or have been tested for COVID-19, this also applies if you have been around any family members or friends that have been unwell or been tested, please DO NOT attend. Contact Ile or Eugene as a screening process and an isolation period will need to be completed before being able to return. Please read all COVID-19 signs, information posters and adhere to all regulations implemented. Front door will be for ENTRY ONLY and side door for EXIT ONLY. 20 patrons at one time. If arriving early to your class please wait outside and you will be called in. NO TOWEL = NO TRAINING Bring your own: Gloves, Shoes, Large Towel and Water Bottle. 09.01.2022 What an awesome and busy three weeks!!! Harvey Atkins having three fights, winning two and coming away with being the 2020 Runner-Up Bronze Finalist. Ahmed Abdalhafeez stepping-up and fighting the best in the league, not coming away with the win this time, but now the 2020 Runner-Up Golden Gloves Champion. All I can say is I am super proud coach, what a performance by you all. Team Fierce: 2020 Golden Gloves Champion Deniz, 2020 Runner-Up Golden Gloves Champion Ahmed, 2020 R...unner-Up Bronze Finalist Harvey and Isaac stepping into the ring for the first time for the 2020 Junior Bronze Titles. 02.01.2022 Isaac competing for the first time last night, didnt get the win, but what a great performance and a close fight. As soon as he stepped out the ring, the first thing he said was, Coach, when can I fight again, what a champion. Harvey stopping his opponent in the second round and winning by TKO, what a performance and through to semifinals next weekend together with Deniz and Ahmed. As a coach I know all the hard work and sacrifice you all put into training, its not easy, ...but always thanking me at the end of the night, means a lot and I am a very proud coach, stay strong .
