10.01.2022 Meet Bruno. Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil - and a fiercely talented photographer Like most of his Brazilian friends, Bruno was obsessed with Ronaldinho Gaucho and harboured a burning desire to become a pro footballer like his hero. Unfortunately for him, his academic parents had other plans. Dropping out of school was not an option. His home was filled with books, music art and photography from their overseas trips, and although it was frustrating to feel misunderst...ood at the time, in retrospect it is what opened up his eyes and ignited his artistic flair. When Bruno landed in Sydney in 2013 he bought his first camera. He rebuked the conventional photography course structure and instead chose determination, creative freedom and experimentation to develop his technical skills. (There is a chance he may have mixed you a negroni from behind a bar in Bondi during this time #bondibeach ) Right now he is obsessed with using flash, with slow shutter speed to simultaneously freeze the subject and capture movement.
