Think taco burger + Ummmm YUMMM! or a Venezuelan version of a pita pocket bread made out of cornmeal (So naturally gluten free ) handemade in house everyday loaded with succulent free range & grass fed slow cooked meats & vibrant salas's (casue we love eating the rainbow ) add carmalised pl...antains & free range bacon & you've got Venezuela's delicious mouth watering 'works burger' found on the street corner's of Veneuela in your hands 90% of our customers that come & visit us have never heard of plantains let alone tried then & patacones are 1 of 3 ways we prepare & serve this amazing and versitle fruit which is related to the banana even though it is used & prapared like a vegetable (boiled fried or baked) Patacones are a plantain fritter with a choice of one of our savoury toppings. Our Empanadas - you could say Venezuela's version of a pastie, handmade with a variety of fillings made with the same cornmeal we make our arepas from.
